APPOINTMENTS

To keep your children healthy, it is important to bring them in for regular checkups. We recommend that you call the office at (609) 581-1700 four (4) weeks in advance so you may choose the date that best fits your needs. 

All visits require an appointment.  We will try to fit into the existing schedule patients who walk in without an appointment as best as possible, or they will be asked to return later in the day when the schedule allows.

We make every effort to schedule appointments for sick children on the day that you call us.  If you have a medical emergency during office hours,  we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility

If an emergency should arise, please call 911. Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, etc. In the case of minor emergencies (lacerations, cuts, mild fractures, sprains), please call our office first for instructions.

To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits. If you are later than 15 minutes for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule. Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may be forced to ask you to reschedule your appointment.  Occasionally, despite our best efforts,  we may run late.  We will keep you informed so that you have the option of rescheduling your appointment.
